Carrie Prejean, 21, was very open and honest about her views on gay marriage. She was not very articulate when she answered judge Perez Hilton’s question, but she got her point across.
I agree with Prelean, and I admire her tenacity. She did not crack under pressure and she stated her beliefs no matter the cost. I wonder how many of us will stick to our values and beliefs if we were in her position?
I only hope that when the time comes for me to share my faith, convictions and beliefs, that I will be able to face fear and uncertainty in the face and declare I AM THE CHILD OF THE LORD. I only hope that I will be able to say “here I am Lord send me”.
